F16RGB is a small profile (W16.5*H16.5mm) multi RGB color top view type neon LED strip capable of vertical bends up to 2.36inch(60mm) radius and continuous length per run up to 20meters. The neon LED strip is not only built with various robust factory-made IP68 injection molded power feeds, end caps or joiners, but also can be cut and reconnected by IP67 DIY screws type or snap type power feeds, end caps or joiners. Combined with PWM RGB LED Controller or DMX system (DMX controller + DMX decoder(s)), this F16 multi RGB color neon LED strip offers colorful lighting changing effect over 16 million possible colors. With smart accessories kits, controllers and IP68 Designed, F16RGB neon LED strip can accommodate both interior and exterior environments and meet various color changing effects for different applications, even underwater use.
Features:

Important Notes:
▪ When underwater use, IP68 factory-made injection molded type power feeds or joiners is a must require, and shall NOT be installed underwater in depth over 1.5m;.
▪ Forbid to use under strong corrosion conditions to metal and PVC, e.g.: excess acidic, alkaline, containing phenol organic solvents etc.
▪ DO NOT use long time underwater corrosion conditions, such as seawater, even though the product is saltwater resistant.

FAQ:
1. What is the delivery time for your neon LED flex?
7~12days for sample order, 16-20days for mass quantity order, for very large order quantity, please inquire us separately.
2. Do you have MOQ requirements on your neon LED flex?
There is no MOQ requirements on our standard neon LED flex.
3. Is your neon LED flex can be 5 years warranty?
Yes, it can be 5 years warranty. BUT the unit price of 5 years warranty is different from the unit price of 3 years warranty. Please inquire the price to us separately.
When underwater use (neutral water only), the neon LED flex is only 2 years warranty max.
4. Can your product pass COC or PVOC certificate? Or can you do COC or PVOC certificate for your products?
Yes, we can help or assist customers to do COC or PVOC certificate and goods inspection which the certificate or inspection is made by Intertek or TUV or SGS the third-party lab or Inspection organization.
5. Are your products passed CE, ROHS, IP68 certificates?
Yes, they are passed.
6. What kind of LED driver (power supply, transformer) should I choose for your neon LED flex?
Please choose constant voltage output type LED driver, and the max output power of the LED driver must be more 20% at least than the total actual power of the neon LED flex. Please inquire separately for your different project.
7. Can the stated IP68 LED neon flex be used under water?
We are one of very a few manufacturers offer both IP68 integration (Injection molded power feeds/Connectors/ joiners) and IP67 DIY (Screws Connectors) two kinds of accessories.
We claimed IP68 protection LED neon strip light can be working under water and shall meet the following requirements:
▪ The neon LED flex is with injection molded type power cable connector which integrated with neon LED flex.
▪ The LED neon flex shall NOT be installed underwater in depth over 1.5m.
▪ All accessories shall be strictly assembled correctly and properly to achieve IP68 rate according to instruction manual.
▪ Application environment temperature: Must be within -20˚C~45˚C, and there shall not be large frequent temperature variation in a short period.
▪ Suitable for long-term application of neutral water, such as swimming pool.
▪ Forbid to use under strong corrosion conditions to metal and PVC, e.g.: excess acidic, alkaline, containing phenol organic solvents etc.
▪ DO NOT use long time underwater corrosion conditions, such as seawater.
8. Is your neon LED flex suitable for swimming pool?
Yes, it is.
If the NEON LED flex is underwater use, it is strongly advised to choose our neon LED flex with injection molded type connector.
Note：
Neon LED flex with DIY connectors is NOT advised to use underwater even though it is rated IP68 Waterproof and can use for a period of time, however, considering expanding with heat and contracting with cold and other reasons, the water probably seep into the internal neon LED flex which lead to the neon LED flex to be failed.
9. Whether is applicable for boats (yacht)?
It can be used inside of boats (yacht).
When the LED neon light expose to seawater using, it is required to check and replace accessories regularly. Because seawater is weak alkaline and contains high solubility salts which is easy to corrode the metal.
10. Can the Neon LED strip be used in high temperature condition?
After a high-low temperature cycling impact tests in a -20˚C~60˚C temperature and humidity chamber (60˚C 17 hours on & -20˚C 7 hours off, total 104 hours), the neon LED flex lights every performance are still in good condition. Considering their life time, we do suggest to use in -20~45 degree otherwise it will reduce its reliability and accelerate aging. (Ref. Lo-Hi temp. impact rest report).
Meanwhile, there are some of our customers from middle east countries, and our neon LED flex can be used for their projects for a long time.
