SRB Pneumatic Skiving and Roller Burnishing Tool
1. Finish skiving and roller burnishing are integrated to complete the inner wall of old-drawn pipe machining at one time
2. 2 groups of inserts are involved in cutting, forward boring, backward rolling processing, unique angle design to ensure the straight movement of boring head; Yaw, straightness and symmetry errors can be compensated
3. Automatic rise and shrinks which improves the working rate of machine tools and reduce the labor intensity
4. The processing efficiency is 5-10 times that of traditional cutting tools
5. Shrinking pressure: 0.5-1Mpa
Physical Properties
SRB series tools are mainly used for cold drawing, fine drawing and cold rolling pipe processing
The processing efficiency is more than 30 times of the traditional honing process, which improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost.
The tool is automatically harmomegathus in the whole process to reduce the labor intensity
Radial cutting 0.3-1mm, feed is more than 1000mm normally
Smooth surface to reduce seal wear, making it an ideal choice for pistons
The whole tool is made of high quality imported steel with stable and reliable performance
Roller ball grade is GCr15SiMn and life can be extended by 80%
Mainly replace traditional honing processing
