Product Details
1. Product Introduction
Â
Choosing the right hydraulic breaker for each application is essential. This increases the tool's productivity while lowering the risk of operator mistake, repair problems, and worksite accidents. Hydraulic hammers for mining come in three different varieties: side type, top type, and silenced type.

7. Why Choose DAEKKO Hydraulic Hammer
Â
â—Â Longer Piston Durability
The extra-durable pistons of DAEKKO hydraulic hammers are made of high-quality alloy steel. The grinding further improves the precision of the piston and cylinder, as well as reducing resistance and improving efficiency. The special shock absorption system reduces recoil force and eliminates mechanical elasticity, in order to protect the internal components.
Â
â—Â Production Process
In order to improve the precision and the performance of the hammer, the piston and cylinder of each hammer manufactured by DAEKKO are ground and matched.
DAEKKO manages a unified number for the products. Each part has a number, which can be traced to each production step and can determine authenticity.

4)Â How Does a Hydraulic Hammer Work?
â‘ The piston rises
The lower side of the piston faces the chamber. When a high pressure comes in, it alters the flow direction. The piston action is then reversed by the chamber and low-pressure circuit. As opposed to the top side, the lower side now experiences a larger force. The piston rises gradually. The gas sealed in the gas chamber is compressed by the piston.
Â
The oil enters the chamber as the piston rises. The difference in area between the top and lower valve faces causes the valve to rise.
When the valve rises and is connected with , the high pressure enters into chamber for piston reversion, and the piston starts descending due to the difference in area between the upper and lower faces receiving the same pressure. As the piston comes down, its descending speed is accelerated by the pressure of the gas in the gas chamber.
Â
The chisel is struck by the speeding piston. While descending of the piston, the middle of the portion of piston reaches chamber and then the pressure in chamber supporting the valve becomes less and the oil goes through into chamber , to be changed into the low pressure. At the same time, chamber remains always high pressure. The valve, therefore, lowers.
Â
- ⑤The continuous striking
Upon completion of the valve descending process, the state shown in the first section of the figure is created to allow continuous striking with the chisel.
